This form is to be completed to change the office name or office address.
Change of broker
This form is to be completed to change the Broker of an office. If you are a new broker an additional $250 is required.
This transfer form is designed for use when agents are moving from one agency to another.
This form is to be completed and returned with the necessary NJREC confirmation when a REALTOR® or REALTOR®-Associate is no longer associated with the agency and their license is returned to the NJREC.
