Join us for a full day of networking, industry insights, and professional development at our annual membership event. The day begins with a continental breakfast and exhibitor trade show, followed by the General Membership Meeting and Election of Officers and Directors. Attendees will hear from distinguished speakers including NAR Deputy Chief Economist Dr. Jessica Lautz, NAR President Kevin Brown, New Jersey REALTORS® CEO Doug Tomson, and MORR CEO Brian Levine. The program also features a one-credit continuing education legal briefing with NJ REALTORS® General Council Yuliya Tedeschi and an inspiring keynote presentation by Marki Lemons Ryhal. The event concludes with cocktails, trade show raffles, and additional opportunities to connect with colleagues and industry partners.

2026 MORR Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting will bring members together to review the association’s progress, celebrate accomplishments, and discuss the future direction of the organization. MORR CEO Brian Levine and President Laura Castella will provide important updates on association initiatives, industry developments, and member services. The meeting will also include the election of the 2027 Officers and Board of Directors, along with the ratification of proposed bylaw changes, giving members an opportunity to participate in shaping the leadership and governance of the association.

Joining him on our Success Forum stage will be Jarrod Grasso, former CEO of New Jersey REALTORS® and current Senior Director of Industry Relations at NAR, who works closely with state and local associations to strengthen collaboration, engagement, and strategic initiatives throughout the REALTOR® organization. Together, they provide valuable insight into the future of the real estate industry, association leadership, and the evolving role of REALTORS® in today’s market.

Doug Tomson, CEO of New Jersey REALTORS®, is a respected association executive and industry leader dedicated to advancing the real estate profession throughout the state. With extensive experience in advocacy, strategic leadership, and member engagement, he works closely with REALTORS® and industry stakeholders to support professional development, property rights, and a strong housing market across New Jersey.

Joining him will be Brian Levine, CEO of Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®, who leads one of the largest local REALTOR® associations in the region. Brian is recognized for his commitment to member services, innovation, and strengthening the local real estate community through education, advocacy, and collaboration. Together, they bring valuable perspectives on leadership, industry trends, and the evolving future of real estate at both the state and local levels.

Yuliya Tedeschi, Esq., serves as General Counsel for New Jersey REALTORS®, where she provides legal guidance and industry expertise on the complex issues impacting today’s real estate professionals. With extensive experience in real estate law, brokerage practices, and regulatory compliance, she is a trusted resource for REALTORS® across the state.
