Join a MORR Committee

Member involvement is essential to the mission of MORR. Our members bring a wealth of talent and experience to the day-to-day operation of MORR by serving on a committee.  Committee membership is open only to MORR members. Committees are formed each year under the newly elected leadership.  Please refer to individual committee descriptions below for specific committee membership requirements.

WHEN DO THEY MEET?

Committee meetings take place Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and are generally held at MORR’s Tinton Falls office or via Zoom.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

The Committee Chair shall designate a regular time and place of meetings. Absence from more than three regularly scheduled meetings within a year will potentially result in removal from the committee.

COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT

Committee appointments begin January 1st and end December 31st (unless more than 1 year term). If you are currently serving on a committee and would like to volunteer again for the same committee, please let us know by completing the yearly committee volunteer application form.

TIMELINE & PROCESS OF COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER SUBMISSION & SELECTION

October 1 – Committee Selection Forms Available.

December 1 – Deadline to Submit the Committee Selection Form.

December 2– December 14– Chairs select Committees.

December 17– Committee Members are notified of their appointment.
