presentation request form
This form is for those wishing to present a professional development or continuing education course to the MORR membership. Please be advised that this form will be reviewed and will not be confirmed until MORR staff reviews. All submissions must allow 6-8 weeks ahead of a presentation to be considered..
general appeal form
This form is to be used if you would like to contest/appeal an MLS Fine or a Membership Reinstatement. To appeal a fine, fee or charge from Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® please fill out General Appeal Form from the link below. Note that all required fields must be filled in accurately to be submitted. The appeal will be evaluated within 3 business days by staff. If necessary, staff will forward the request to the appropriate decision group at it’s the next regularly scheduled meeting. You will be contacted for either further information or with a decision.

If you need forms, most can be found on FlexMLS just by clicking on the Daily Functions tab and then clicking MLS Intranet.
ZipForm Plus
Contracts, leases and all forms can be found on ZipForm Plus, which you can access on the NJ REALTORS® website

Hold Form
New Construction: You have up to 180 calendar days to use the HOLD status. All other properties (not new construction): You have up to 30 calendar days
Internet Data Exchange (IDX) Application
Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is a data feed that allows active listings from the MoreMLS to be fed to agent’s and/or broker’s websites. Your website can be fully searchable by the public.
