First Step – Complete our Membership Application
YEARLY ASSOCIATION DUES ARE FROM JANUARY – DECEMBER
YEARLY MLS FEES ARE FROM FROM JULY- JUNE
YOU MUST PAY THE DUES THAT REFLECT THE MONTH YOUR BROKER ACTIVATES YOUR NJ REAL ESTATE LICENSE – NO EXCEPTIONS
Second Step – Take New Member Orientation
When you join the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®, you have up to 60 days to complete the required New Agent Orientation / NAR Code of Ethics. Our New Agent Orientation is held remotely via self propelled module and you have the ability to begin, pause, and resume at your discretion within the 60 days of joining the association. Those who fail to complete the self-propelled online module within 60 calendar days will be inactivated.
Course Objectives
After completing the self-propelled New Member Orientation, members will:
See all organizations they are now affiliated with once they join the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS
Understand the billing terms for Association Dues and MLS Fees to remain in good standing
Know the CE requirements mandated by the NJREC for license renewal
Be encouraged to get involved in the Association by joining one of our committees
Have the resources for Supra Keys and MLS Support
Self propelled orientation
Members can take this at their discretion and will be able to begin, pause and resume at their convenience. This is a NON-CE course. You will need your NRDS ID in order to register – this would have been e-mailed to you from NAR.realtor. You can also retrieve your NRDS ID on FlexMLS by clicking on “My Profile” under your initials on the upper right corner.

Step 2: Verify your Account by clicking the welcome e-mail in your inbox. This is sent to the e-mail you used to create your account on Hivelogic. You cannot log in without verifying your e-mail (please check your Junk/Spam)
Step 3: Click Here to Access the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® New Member Orientation – click Enroll now, then Go to Cart
Step 4: Enter in your information
Step 5: On the right side of the screen, Under Shopping Cart, enter the Coupon Code: NEW2MORR, click Redeem then go to Checkout and Place Order
Step 6: To Launch Course, click on Go To My Library on the bottom right corner and you can then click Launch for the Online New Member Orientation
Step 7: Complete your course at your convenience within 60 days of joining the Association.

NAR Code of Ethics
Code of Ethics Training
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires that all REALTORS® complete ethics training of no less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a triennial term. The current cycle (Cycle 7) began January 1, 2022 and concludes December 31, 2024. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
New members are required to complete the NAR Code of Ethics within 60 days of joining the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®️.
Trainings may be completed through local REALTOR® Associations or through another method, such as a home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.
