NAR Fair Housing Requirement
The new Fair Haven 2.0 fulfills the Fair Housing requirement required for both existing (cycle 8) and new members (those joining January 1, 2025 and later) of NAR. Both new and existing members will still need to complete Ethics in addition to this course to maintain their membership.

Fair Haven 2.0 is one of the several methods to fulfill the Fair Housing requirement. Members can also complete this via Fair Housing courses provided by MORR, taking NAR’s At Home with Diversity, or by completing NAR’s Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing.
