Membership
When do I pay dues?
Depending on your membership, you may pay once per year, or twice per year. If you are a Primary/Secondary member (Board membership & MLS membership), you will owe dues twice per year. The dues for Association membership are due each December, and the dues for MLS membership are due each June. If you are a Non-Primary/Non-Secondary/MLS Only member, you will owe dues once per year each June.
Why am I being charged so much money?
You are being charged a pro rated amount on two separate fees. You are being charged board dues that run on a billing cycle from January to December. The second charge is MLS fees that run on a billing cycle from July to June. You are paying an amount that will take you through the current billing cycle and will be billed when the billing cycle starts again for each charge.
Can I join MORR if I belong to another REALTOR® Association?
Yes, you can join MORR even if you belong to another REALTOR® Association. You just need to pay the local portion of the REALTOR® dues and you can participate in the Association in any way that you like. Enjoy our events, education, and service centers – you become one of us. If you want MLS access you need to join the Monmouth Ocean Regional MLS.
