The decision-making process of Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® flows from its Committees, whose Chairs report to the Board of Directors. We will soon begin the process of forming these committees, who will be selected by the Chairs and Vice Chairs of Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® (each of which have been appointed for service by the President). Your Association will be successful in achieving its goals only if a broad spectrum of individuals throughout our geographical area volunteer to participate. Volunteerism is the highest form of service and commitment to our Association.

In order to serve on a committee you must be a primary or secondary member of Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®.

Please be aware that many individuals apply for the same committees. Unfortunately, it is not possible to appoint everyone to the committee of their choice, even if they have served on that committee in previous years. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Rest assured that every opportunity for you to serve on the committee of your choice will be strongly considered. If you are currently a member of a committee, you are required to reapply for that committee by submitting this Committee Selection Form to be considered to continue serving on that committee.

Upon satisfaction of all required committee obligations, each committee member in good standing by the end of the year is entitled to one "industry unit" per committee you have served on, that you can apply towards the New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® application (maximum of 3 units are allowed - including RPAC donations & NAR Designations/Certifications).
