MORR may also provide email addresses to Affiliate Members who sponsor MORR education classes and specific MORR events.
Membership Directory Information
Contact information other than email address (e.g., street address) may be listed in membership directories available on REALTOR.org and REALTOR.com. MORR will not share, sell, or otherwise provide this contact information except for updating your records with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and/or New Jersey REALTORS® (NJR).
Payment Information
Credit card and banking information that you and credit authorizers provide when making payments by credit card or electronic check for products, dues, or other services will only be used to process the transactions you request. This information is provided to and maintained by reputable, PCI-compliant payment processors, and is never sold, shared, or provided to other third parties for any other purpose.
Data Security
We maintain security procedures and standards which we believe are appropriate to today’s technology. We test these procedures and update them as new technologies and threats emerge.
Your Privacy Choices
We utilize an opt-out policy for sending online notifications regarding services, products, and programs; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. For cookies and website tracking, you can manage or withdraw consent at any time through our Opt-out Preferences page, or through your browser’s own cookie settings.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under California law regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (MORR does not sell personal information for monetary consideration).
