When do Multimedia Services become available?
Services will be available to all members in March 2026
Where are the services provided?
Most services are available by appointment through our Toms River studio, with certain offerings (like listing photography and drone work) performed onsite at your listing location.

Professional multimedia is essential in real estate marketing. By offering discounted, in-house services, we help members:

Do you offer podcast services?
Yes. Members can use our studio to record and produce podcast episodes. Editing for member-recorded audio or video files is also available.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
How much do the services cost?
Each service has a set member rate that is significantly lower than typical market pricing. The full pricing menu is available on the Multimedia Services webpage and printed flyers
Are there any free services?
Yes—new members receive free professional headshots within their first year of joining.

How do I pay for services?
Payment is due at the time of booking (unless otherwise noted). Payment instructions are included when your appointment is confirmed.
BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
How do I book an appointment?

How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling:
- 1–2 weeks in advance for branding videos or podcast recording
- At least 72 hours in advance for headshots
Do you offer weekend or after-hours appointments?
Availability may be limited. Contact Eric Coleman directly to request special accommodations.
BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
What if the weather is bad for a drone shoot or outdoor video?
We will work with you to reschedule at no cost when weather conditions affect aerial or exterior content.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem—simply contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
SERVICE DELIVERY
How long does it take to receive my photos or video?
- Photos: Typically delivered within 48 hours
- Video projects: Typically 5–7 business days depending on complexity
- Edited audio/video: Usually 3–5 business days
How will I receive my files?
Files are delivered digitally via secure download link.
Who owns the photos and videos?
You receive full rights to use the content for marketing your business and listings. The Association retains the right to use finished products for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise
USAGE & BRANDING QUESTIONS
Can I use the content on the MLS, social media, and print marketing?
Yes. All photos and video products are designed for MLS, web, and social media use.
Can I include other agents, clients, or community partners in my branding videos?
Yes. Anyone participating must consent to being recorded.
TROUBLESHOOTING & SUPPORT
What if I’m not satisfied with the final product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your concerns and make any needed adjustments.
